Somewhat disappointing. We live in Ohio. We ordered fresh cut flowers in a vase through their website for Mother's Day on Friday for Mom who lives in Leechburg. So far so good. On Saturday they said they were out of the arrangement and vase ordered and it would be "Designer's Choice" which would be equivalent. Keep in mind, this is Mother's Day weekend and I would have thought they overstock on inventory. Well guess not. Okay, we thought, thinking a similar set of CUT flowers would be substituted along with a similar vase. Sunday rolls around and we get a call from Mom. The "Designer" managed to find the correct vase we originally ordered but had thought that it would be a good idea to give our Mom fake flowers instead of real ones. After calling the flower shop and talking with an older woman who I know was the owner we get the story that they made a choice and thought fake flowers would be suitable. We were never asked or given the option for fake flowers so one would assume "Designers Choice" would be the equivalent cut flowers. After calling them out on the disappointing choice and no offer of making things right, not even a mention, I have to give them a 2 star rating. I have to be fair and not give them 1 star because they did deliver something to Mom at the last minute and they did get the vase right. I own my own business and would never treat a disappointed customer as they treated us. Guess we'll be going to the only other flower shop in Leechburg at this juncture, Leechburg Floral. Oy.
