They always have my meds and rare they have to order them. The problem is they tend to not have the meds ready when I called and they said they were. They also constantly fail to communicate refill needs with my Dr. and then I wait days to get them.

I had to explain 4 times what medication I needed filled, and she kept asking me if I was asking about another medication. The tech deleted the script, gave me the name of some other patients with pending scripts, and lost my heart medication entirely. I don't know if they're all this bad at their jobs, but the girl I talked to needs some training: both in HIPAA, and her job.
