Great business. The staff are courteous but not exactly knowledgeable when it comes to sorting out the mail properly. One's mail could end up down the street in someone else's mailbox because either the drivers are to blind to read or the people that sort the mail don't take their job seriously.
This is a good place to get all of your post done. The service here is good, the employers are nice. The prices for the packages are fair, even when you are sending items across the country or even out of the country.
Asked if I could come get my package because it contains live plants. Was told it was on a pallet and it would be to much work to go in the back room and get it. Now my pla ts have to sit another day in a box because some kid was to lazy to go in the back and look. I live less than a mile away from the office. My tracking said it would be delivered today but i guess it does not factor in laziness and incompetence.
Lousy customer service--according to the USPS tracking, my package arrived at the PO at 10:13 am; went there at 3:30 that same day in hopes of picking it up before leaving on vacation the next day since my mail was going to be held, and this lazy lady at the counter claimed it wasn't there but never even bothered to go back and look (when it really was there the whole time)--finally did manage to pick it up the next morning on my way out of town but could have had it a day sooner and saved myself a second trip had that lady taken a few minutes to check in the back for me
